    No. No stinky. Of course, it's hard to tell over the cat and dog stinky, and the 7-year old boy stinky.

    ballasts don't last forever but their not hard to replace if thats your problem.i found workhorse good for the price or you could go with icecap,alot of people like them but you pay

    Oh hell I had you confused with another Linda :) Linda the Nano cube you have its the ballast the weak link of that brand I have one just like it . The lights ballast went out at about 9 months . I'm going to rework a set and locate the ballast out side the tank. They stuck it under the hood and all that Moisture kills them. Just think someone went to school for a ling time to get that stupid. To bad they where not made to work with tools in the field a few yrs then they could have applied common sense after repairing some of their design mistakes . I'm going to build a water proof LED's sealed in acrylic for ours here. How are the corals doing ? you can set it near a window for a few days as the only ballast that will wrok is the one for that hood if you go back with OME stuff .
