I can't see the oral disc too well nor can I see the foot- but judging by the look of things, possibly an LTA, seeing as its buried its foot in the sand (common for LTA's), as well as the overal appearance and color of the tentacles.

Once again however, I would need to see those 2 criteria before saying for sure.

I would say LTA as well. How old is the tank and what are you running for lighting?

thank you all for your help I currently have the standard Perfecto lights you get when you purchass a combo(tank, stand, versa top and lights) however I replaced the plain jane bulbs with Zoo Med Ocean Sun 10,000 K in the back of the fixture and Zoo Med Coral Sun Actinic 420 in the front never planned on doing reef but i got a crazy deal on some rock which a ceriathus tube anemone was in it's doing fine (thanks 3reef for I.D) I took an interest in it and the wife jumped the gun and bought what she thought was another but anyway can I keep it without changeing my lights

    In a word no......

You must upgrade you lights within the immediate future or take the anemone back.
Your tube anemone is fine because it does not rely on photsynthesis for energy, just eating fish.
