    Thanks. My LFS owner said the same things you did. Basically, chill out, increase the crew slowly and just keep on it. Cooking does sound extreme. The waiting is hard but I will conquor it eventually.

    That's the spirit! I am in the same battle, but with a much smaller tank (24g). I have already scrubbed my rocks and have been building my CUC steadily. I am also going to drop the amount of time that I run my lights.

    I also have an aipstasia and bubble algae issue- should have done my research before buying my tank off of CL and expecting it would be easy to get rid of them... Oh well, keep on fighting!
