Help Niger Trigger is sick!!!!

My Niger trigger has been sick for a couple of days now not swimming lethargic? I can stick my hand in the water and cup him in my hand and he doesnt try and move he just looks at me the eye move in the sockets like he is looking around and he isnt eating.

He has some whits spots on his nose but only on his nose the rest of him looks healthy body wise so I dont think its ich?

Have you guys seen this before?
The sad part is he s under the reef I can see him but cant get to him,
He is one of my favorites as he has a personality and actually goes out of his way to come up and visit me even after he is full of food.

 

Might be ich with the spotting.

 

just on his face thoe and none of the other fish are sick, I have seen ich before and this doent look like ich its one large spot across his nose area the rest of him looks fine.

 

hmm, water params? when did you add him? how did you add him? could there be someone bullying him? whatever the case "cupping" him in your hands probably just stresses him more, i would avoid doing so...
