    Definitely a good thing, and yes it can be moved providing your fuge has adequate light.

    enteromorpha intestinalis or flexuosa I think. It was recently renamed ulva intestinalis, but I bet google has more under enteromorpha. It is okay, can spread fast, but a lot of things eat it.
