Help on picking a new tank

    That is a very nice tank MoJoe. How long has it been set up? How high is the light off the tank? Have any issues with heat? Heat is kind of my main concern at this point because with t5s my tank hits 83/84 in sumner and I have ac running.

    Thanks, I transferred it about two weeks ago. The pendant is hung on adjustable wires so I can raise & lower it as I please which is great. Right now it's at maybe 10inches off the water. I top off everyday maybe a third of a gallon, which was about the same as my T5 fixture over my 55g. Being a single 250w bulb I don't see much heat issues down the line, maybe just a fan over the surface might help in the summer that's about it.

    I didn't read the whole thread, so I don't know what your budget is, but the marineland 93 gallon cube would be a good choice.

    Although that seems like a nice cube... I don't want a tank 24in tall anymore. I want something more shallow for the looks and ease of working on.
