help please weird tank set up not sure what to do

    ok so my question is whats the hole for that is #7 on my attached pic...sorry for the bad drawing and #6 is for the skimmer but i have no idea how to set it up its all built in like a biocube idk if the top is a collection cup or if i need to buy one under the little hole in the pic is a platform with an inch or so diameter hole for the slime collection it doesnt fill up with water i rigged something up it kind works but i wanna do it the correct way...please help sorry if i am unclear i can try and get some pics but its gonna b hard tank is against the wall

    going to eventually the built in skimmer is what gets me...no idea how to set it up
