help please!

okay so i have a 6line wrasse in my tank so i decided i wanted another wrasse so i went with a longfin fairy wrasse. i added him 2 days ago and they are fighting. i think it might just be cause he is new and a little stressed. i have them in a 30 gallon and all my parameters are just fine.

 

oh jeez. ummm get one out fast. they will fight to the death

 

Ya unfortunately the six line will bully the Fairy Wrasse until dead. In a larger tank they might get alone in time but 30G might just be too small

suprisingly its not the 6 line its the fairy that is the bully. im gonna wait it out a little bit like a week or so then if it doesnt stop i will take the fairy wrasse back. but it sucks cause he is so beautiful!

 

wont last a week. you will wake up and say " hey where did he go"

 

well its not like a fight to the death thing. ive been watching them

That's weird, I had a sixline and a flasher wrasse together in my 55, I guess it just depends on the temperment of the fish.

 

WOW I'm surprised that the new Fairy Wrasse is the Aggressor. I would keep an eye on it but you might be OK. The Fairy might settle down
