Help Radiant Wrasse Dying!

The star was moved to the 4ft - wrasse free tank

once the shock had worn off, my wrasse was OK again, and the marks faded over a short period of time
hopefully yours will make a full recovery

question did the marks appear before the loss of appetite or after
if its before then that explains why its off its food

if after, then its possible your wrasse has a problem and thus was easy for the star to envelop

id say it was right around the same time maybe a little bit after, and this is actually my first tank, i obviously have to split the two up.. but i don't have anywhere to move either of them too?

 

if it where me, I would take the star back to the LFS Zegermans , because they often cant find enough to eat in our tanks, which puts your current wrasse or any future sand dwellers at risk from predation IMO
