    My lighting is aquatic life 4 bulb T5HO so once a week should be fine then.

    I would say so. He is looking better. Have you tried raising the temp to around 78? The nem was def stressed and still may be. I think you should still keep looking for problems, just in case.

    i turned my heater up but i might need a second small one so ill go pick that up today cause i cant get my temp to 78 or even 77
