It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Me I would remove the powerhead and attached anemone and place in a container. I imagine the anemone is probably not going to make it as if it was wondering that much or floating it was already in trouble.

Let the anemone deflate as much as possible and hopefully be able to pull it out. If not you're going to have to cut it. Either way not good, sorry. Big Bummer:-/

unplug it to begin with, pull it out and try to use something dull and push him out, wiggle him...if you have to break one of the plastic pieces then itll be ok

I'm assuming you unplugged the powerhead already.

Start making sure you have fresh saltwater heated and aerated. Find a quality Ammonia detoxifier (Prime, Amquell, etc) in case you don't keep spare waterchange water heated and aerated. If you don't keep emergency waterchange water on hand, get busy...the Ammonia detoxifiers don't last forever.

Monitor Ammonia with your test kit every half hour. If that's going good, try to gently work him out after a couple of hours....however, hopefully, he'll wander out on his own.

Rotate the front of the powerhead. It will release and then you can put them in the sand. (I should have told you to do this previously). It comes right off by design.
