Help sundial current troubleshooting

    Have you tried tapping the timer with something? Sometimes the switches/relays inside the timer will arch and stick shut if you jarred it while it was on.

    i did a quick search and apparently they dont offer the timers for sale anymore. you might be able to call current and "throw a fit" to see if they can do anything for you.
    if i was you i would open the fixture up and see if you can see anything visually wrong with it. maybe the connections are messed up or the switch is broke. not sure how you would go about fixing it from there but if you find anything out let us know and maybe me or someone can help you out.

    They may not sell them, but I remember someone one here had their timers go bad and Current USA sent them two replacements. I wish I could remember who it was, but whoever it was didn't have to pitch a fit to get Current USA to send them replacements. I don't remember though if he had to pay for them or not. But, you can get replacements from them if you explain politely how you love the fixture and don't want to have to buy a different brand to replace your semi-functioning unit. If I can find the thread about it, I'll post a link.

    amazing rat a tat tat on the timers a few times and then twisted them around a few times and baam they seem to be working now but I will keep that link for current just in case Thanks to all ;D
