Help, Tang is acting strange

    Hi, since we added our clown tang, he's gone to a corner and stayed there, yes i know their territorial but, here's the think he stares INTO the corner and keeps trying to swim into it, all day long. its been a few days now. Any idea what i could do to fix it?

    How big is the tank? Where is it from? Was he quarantined? What are the other tank mates? Where are ALL of your levels at?

    that tank is fine, all the othe fish are perfect, came froma very reliable lfs, he doesn't have ick, isn't sick, and IS eating. he just keeps swimming INTO the corner.

    What are the water parameters? How large is the tank?

    maybe he hinks he is swimming somewhere??? Or needs exercise.... sorta like how humans run on a treadmill. Or caged rats run on their wheel.

    Or maybe he's "challenged"

    But on a serious note... is he still swimming when hes in the corner? Im picturing the fish with his nose in the corner flappin his tail trying to swim forward

    I wouldn't panic just be concerned. Put some Nori on a clip and attach it to the glass near him. Tangs and angels like that and they like Formula Two flakes.Try that and good luck.

    You run a ground probe in the tank???? Stray voltage messes with fish.
