Help to ID a long worm

    Hi,

    Here are some pics of a worm I took tonight. We saw the worm for the first time a few months ago when we first got the tank ... but it was much smaller then! I never got to see its full length... but it looks about 4'' now.

    I had a look at this page, but honestly many of them could be contenders (to my untrained eyes) ...

    Looks like a big bristleworm to me. I normally leave them alone until they get around 3-4" then I work at getting them caught in a tube trap and put them in my sump or fuge.

    make sure you catch that one. i just lost a sexy shrimp to one. the one i had was about 8 inches long. needless to say he got the fresh water treatment. i fed him to my crawfish. poetic justice
