I added some more living rock to my reef tank from a friend that was shutting down his tank. the rock is almost bright read with Coraline algae, and had lots of sharp spiky red tubes all over it. It also had some polyps i couldn't ID on it, and something else, that I am not sure of. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi thanks for the replies. The yellow polyps were brown when I bought them 3 months ago, but have changed to yellow after the first month. I thought they were dying, but they have come on really well recently. The red algae has like florescent spots inside, and I wasn't sure on the larger polyps, what do i feed them? I'm using phytoplancton and some are taking the mysis i feed to the Fish.

I put some LED strips on (Not the TMC ones) and the transformation is unbelievable. Im not having an algae problem, the opposite, I have armies of snails and an Abalone that chomps on it all. See the other pic.
