Often ID threads consist of a picture and a question, "What is this?"

Sometimes I spend 5 minutes just trying to figure out what they want ID'd.

It really helps a LOT if you are more specific. An ideal ID forum thread would have;

• A clear photograph (which I understand isn't always possible)
• It helps if this clear (or fuzzy photo) has been edited with free photo imaging software. I.e. Put a pointer towards the item/items in question, circle it, etc.
• A description of behavior. Does it move? If so, how fast? Is it only open at night? Is is hard? Is it soft?
