    so im looking at my tank to night and see this on a frag of zoas what is this please help the frag is out of the tank now

    dont worry , it just means the zoas are recycled ?

    Either a sponge or an egg mass. I am leaning towards sponge.

    that was what i was thinking but if it was nothing i was just going to leave it but i have had the frag for some time so what ever is on it had to come from my tank

    looking at that last shot zoomed up it looks like sponge

    From the various openings in it I would say it's a sponge.
