    Thanks everyone! Also i do not think i have dinoflagellates because none of my snails have died. I hope i don't have it because of all the bad things i've heard about it. Or maybe i just have the non-toxic dinoflagellates.

    ewww yeah i've had that before too, but that was either because i didnt use ro/di water or because i was still cycling, still not sure though. i usually stir the sand and it disappears

    yeah if i blast it with a turkey baster it goes away.

    Just tested my water:
    Ammonia: 0.25 -yikes!!
    Nitrite: 0
    Nitrate: 10
    Ph: 8.2

    I think the ammonia is from me blasting the algae of the rocks with the turkey baster and it dieing. I did a 5 gallon water change and added ammonia lock and stability.
