    There is some improvment.

    I'm starting to think the cause was diet. He always eats hair algae so I started feeding him spialina flake soaked in selcon. He seems to always be starving

    I have never seen a fat Tang.
    Now a fat manderine is a different story :)

    Just a quick update.

    After getting him on some better food enriched with speralina and Selcon he has made a full recovery and his colour is great.
