Well I almost lost my Long tenticle anemone. Its bleaching and it's on the move. I don't really understand why its acting the way it is....

First off it's bleaching....when the lights go out at night it hides in the crevice of some rocks, during the day when the lights come on it starts to open up...then it moves out into the open....usually up on the glass and up to the top. It was sucked into my overflow when i found it one morning and then i saved it...it was ok, but the next day it did the same thing except it got sucked into my aquaclear filter....and to make it worse...my clownfish follow it everywhere, the male clown followed it right into the filter...

Should i leave the tank dark for a few days? Reduce the time the lights are on?

I cant turn the intensity down any more than it is being run at....i stopped running the actinic bulbs and just have the whites on...low

They are 60W Cree LED sold by SWC. I have 2 head units 60W each

I would keep the blues on and shorten the daylight period. The LTA is probably, along with the rest of the affected corals, is in shock. I'm with cain, shorten the photo period and gradually increase it every week to two weeks. Maybe your nem is moving up to get more light. Water parameter swings will cause the nem to move also.
