Help with lighting please!

    I have 20 gallon long saltwater tank and i was using normal light bulb and i did upgrade lately to this people in pet store said that this light is good for growing corals i really don't know anything about it just i know it 55 wat it's better because my old bulb was 15 wat anyway this light comes with blue and white bulb maybe its t5 light i don't know anyway i hope i will get some replies :)

    That light will be fine for soft and most LPS corals. While I can't speak on the brand, a 2-bulb T5 is exactly what I'm using on a 20L tank. :)

    Okay but when i can start adding ? corals my tank has been running for 2 months?

    When you're sure your cycle is done. One thing even easy corals won't tolerate is an ammonia spike.
