Help with my Button Polyp?

    I think your wright they look to be done,
    However!! They are realy very hardy and can be saved from the brink of no return at times.
    I had a colony that was on a peice of live rock I brought and they were decinergrating off the rock at a shocking rate they were turning in to white blobs of goop.:(
    I removed the rock and scrubbed and scrapped off all of the dead looking tissue ( rinsing with tank water in a bucket) when I was finnished I did a Iodine dip and returned the remaining to the tank.Today the rock is to the point of infestation with then.

    well they all seem to be opening up ok. And even after that pic it only took them like 15 min to open back up.

    If they are still opening up, I would not worry too much.

    I think also if they are opening and not dieing off you should be Ok

    Looks like they were having a good battle with GHA! Glad to see they pulled through.

    i dont see a problem with these ones, ive had many button polyps before and theve allways semmed to "shed" sometimes, some had a permanant layer of wierdness on the outter layer ;D

    I do appreciate the comments and I will wat it out and hope fully they will be ok. I also just noticed my Blue Tang has ick and gave her a fresh bath last night and it is gone and she is doing good. Hope all that stays away 2.
