What exactly are you dosing? Just magnesium? Where is your water coming from? What is your Ph?

Also, what is your salinity? Lower salinity will mean lower readings on everything. And how are you calculating how much of your magnesium supplement to dose?

I would check my test kits with a DKH of 13 to 14 and ca of 500 then the magnesium should be fine and if you are using a commercial mag element and following the label then you will never get it up to par..

As for Ph in and of itself it matters little if your DKH kit is accurate then there are plenty of carbonates available to keep the Ph at proper levels DKH dictates the Ph and not the other way around a sph is just an indicate of proper and available levels of Carbonates or DKH

Time of day or lamps and even a opened or closed window all will effect PH values

Your parameters look very strange, magnesiums role in seawater is to help stop calcium and alk from forming calcium carbonate. The lower the magnesium; calcium and alk levels should be reduced as it precipitates as calcium carbonate.
Your parameters show high calcium and alk but low magnesium, I would get a second opinion using a friends test kits or your LFS to check each of these levels in case there's a problem with your test kits.
