help with typhon led controller

    ok now im getting hung up here, when i use the typhon controller it lights them up dims them does what its supposed to do but when it comes time to shut off they dim but never shut off even when the controller read 0% for all channels.

    drivers are meanwell eln-60-48P
    i have all 3 plugged into the 0-10v port
    each driver has 4 leds on it
