Help with value - Coralife 4 Lamp VHO Ballast

Hi,

I have an old Coralife 4 Lamp VHO Electronic Ballast Kit. Model AF908, which is only the ballast. No socket attachments and no power cord. I don't even see power connection. All I see is a 16 pin plug on the side and the other side has on/off button. Its just collecting dust and taking up space. I have no clue on lighting. I just stick with my stock nano compacts lights. I was going to get into better lighting but never got around to it.

What is a reasonable value of this ballast? Not looking to sell. Looking for some experts on lighting to help me out.

for all 24" - 75 watt, 36" - 95 watt, 48" - 110 watt and spacer 21.5" - 75 watt, 33." - 95 watt and 45.5" - 110" watt lamps
Also operates HO (800ma) and standard (430mat) t-12 (1.5") lamps
120 Volt AC 50/60 hz
