I have a 75g reef tank and as I get more soft corals it becomes harder and harder to find low flow areas in my tank. I have one 600 gph power head and I just can't seem to get it tuned in so that all my corals are in a happy medium. Either some are being blown over or not getting hardly any flow at all. Not sure what to do?? Any ideas?

Add another one on the opposite side and adjust it to not crash directly into the other's flow. 20X flow should not bother your softies too much. Also do not aim at the rocks but toward the surface.

So another power head pointing at the other but not directly will help balance the water flow?

I originally had the same issue. I kept it pointed to the surface of the water. It also seems to have the benefit of keeping the anemone on the bottom so I don't think it will be getting into the overflow.

What softies do you have? IMOPE, most leathers prefer more flow than other soft coral types. Mine literally exploded with PE and growth once I bumped my current up to 40x.

This brings to light a problem when deciding what to put in a tank. Keeping each animals need in common with our setup. OH it's so beautiful! I've got to have that one.
At home." Now where do I put i?" I have that problem with my koi.

I have gsp jasmine/daisy polyps. A hairy mushroom a reg mushroom. Pulsing xenia frogspawn. I played around with everything for about an hr today I got everything pretty much in a happy place except the gsp which is in a little more flow than I'm normally comfortable with but it's gonna have to do.

You might want to consider using a second PH and switching them using an electronic "wavemaker/alternator". This will eliminate any constant laminar flow in the system, which seems to be your troubles.
