Can anyone tell me what this is. I think it is starting to spread all over my tank. What can I get to get rid of this?

They are cool to look at. Is it common for them to spread to rocks that are not next to them and to look like a colony? I attached a pic, but it isn't really that good. I think those might be feather dusters though.

I have zoos, mushrooms and GSP in my tank besides the hitchhikers. There was nothing on that rock until yesterday.

Is this bubble algae? I just noticed this a few hours ago. How do I properly take care of it?

    Sure looks like it.

Best way to get rid of it is to pull the rock out of the tank and pull the bubble off without popping them! Some are hard to get off without popping. When the bubble pops that is how it spreads. So this done outside the tank will reduce the spread. Then rinse the rock after you pull the bubbles if any popped.

Emerald crabs will eat bubble algae, for the most part.

Yes, but emerald crabs will pop them in the process. Just remove the rock if possible and remove and rinse.
