I have some bryopsis algae in my tank, or at least that is what I have been told. My PO4 is zero, NO3 is 10, ALK is 9.5dkh, NO2 is zero, CA is 430, MG is 1325, Salinity is 1.024, NH3+HN4 is zero, and PH is 8.1. I can't seem to get rid of it. Any help is greatly appreciated. No pics yet, I am at work.

Do you use an ro/di unit? If you do, test the output for tds and for PO4, NO3 and NO2. Can you post a picture of the algae so we can determine whether or not it's really bryopsis?

Sorry, TDS means total dissolved solids. You need a meter to get a reading but maybe your LFS has one that he can test your water with?

I don't have a ro/di unit, I buy my water from 2 different stores. Also, what are total disolved solids? Does that have anything to do w/ a skimmer?

Total dissolved are minerals and other elements that are found in your water. It has nothing to do with a skimmer. Have you tested the water that you're buying for PO4, NO3, NO2?

That would be ammonia, nitite, and nitrate :)

How old are your lights? You may in fact have a higher amount of Dissolved organics Matter and turbidity than you think(nutrients)-also most phosphate test kits only tests for inorganic phosphates(orthophosphates)and not organic.

And phosphate tests are junk IMO...if algae is using the phosphate, there is going to be a 0 reading :(

I can tell you all from experience that bryopsis is a royal PITA to get rid of. You can have 0 phosphates, etc, and that nasty stuff still grows. You have to be aggressive with this algae. There's a "theory" out there that mag levels at 1500+ can choke the stuff out but I've tried it and it has yet to work. Because it's toxic, no fish, snail or hermit will eat it. Even the sea hare I had didn't touch the stuff.
