    I spilled a whole bottle of coppersafe in an empty tank,can i still use the tank for a reef?!?

    does the tank have LR or LS or is it just water

    the tank was totaly empty,no water or anything

    get all the copper safe out and wash the tank out and when you get saltwater in the tank test for copper just to be shure

    I was told by a neighbor that it infects the silicone joints and can never be used as a reef tank---Just what I heard.

    how long did it take you to clean it out. if it only hit glass you probably safe.

    other then that you can cut the silicon out with a razor blade and reseal it.
