help!

my brand new diamond goby is not breathing and is pretty stiff. I got him yesterday evening and I found him this morning pretty dried out and not moving. I put him back in the water and I tried to give him some food. hes not responding.. what should I do?

 

Hold him in front of a powerhead so that the Oxygenated water runs over his gills.

 

Dried out? how long do you think he has been out of the water? more than 2 minutes and you better just kiss him and flush.

By the way, when I moved a tank last weekend, we found a wrasse behind the tank. it has been missing for about 2 years. we tried to get it wet, but it never came back. it was really dried up though...

If he jumped.. could there be any underlining causes?
water parameters?
something that scared him?
hitchhiker..
