Great thread. I've been concerned with my Desjardini turning pale since I moved him into my DT. Glad to see that this might be normal based on your experience.

Here's some recent pics. Just had vertical blinds installed in my Fl room to block all that Fl sunshine! Next will be LED's dropped from the ceiling and wrapping the stand this weekend. Pics are not great due to iPhone. I tried to keep many holes in my aquascape for the fish to swim through. This thing is so much cooler in person.

Ok.. I've been waiting for this for three weeks. My LFS has had him in QT for three weeks and he's been eating healthy too. Finally today was time to pick him up. Not sure why I say "Him" aren't they hermaphroditic? I haven't been this excited over a fish in well... EVER! I'm just praying my trigger doesn't harass him/it. I could have went with a larger one, but I want to see it go through all the color transformations.

Better pic of him in the tank. So far so good!

OFK: I just can't get rid of Eddie, and he's behaving himself so I'll let him hang around!

You have good reason to be excited- good looking Angelfish. I can relate, I was totally pumped when my Maculosus came in. Best of luck!
