    Hmm. That would be a good idea. I have other small snails and cleaner shrimp at my disposal so they get a lot :)

    Hermits like to change out shells a lot. It's good to keep them occupied with empties rather then try and pull your snails out.

    I keep hermits in my fuge to help break down food further. Pods feed off of tiny particulate, so some poop in there is good for them to eat. Also, I keep calerpa growing in my fuge, and the crabs help break any leaves down that are wilting away. I find them chewing on the clear ones when they pop up.
