hermit eating zoas????

    i have one blue leg who loves to sit atop my green zoas and dig his claws into the closed polyps!!!! there are green and brown zoas on the same rock kinda mixed together, but he only bothers the green ones!! why??? do they look like algae, is he confused?? they stay closed most of the time and when they do open the hermit is right back on top bothering the crap out of em?? whats goin on here???

    All of my hermits do this. Mine don't look like they are eating the zoas. I think mine just start crawling around not realizing where they are at. As soon as the hermits leave the zoas they open right back up.

    Just cleaning up food that has fallen into zoa's.

    Hermits do not eat zoa's.

    There are some snails that do.
