I have some snails in my 100g, but I bought a hermit for the 20g yesterday. I was thinking about getting more hermits for both tanks.

So what's the best to get? ... and why?

IMO diversity is key to all reef aquariums. They all perform slightly different tasks. If you do add both, make sure you have some extra shells for the hermits to help prevent them killing the snails for theirs.

Ive got hermits and snails , seems that the hermits spend more time on the rockwork than the snails
