Hev needs Mantis info

My 125 FOWLR was born 10-6-2008 I plumbed the filtration and filled the tank with saltwater on 10-8-2008 I purchassed 200lbs LR and LS equaling 2.5 inch sand bed.On 10-14 or so I added CUC 5 days later got excellent readings according to LFS I then added a yellow tang 2"s and several reef safe one to two inch fish and after say one week they started to disappear a friend was over heard tapping in tank and said Hev you have a Mantis shrimp it was caught within days I then added three more Tangs and replaced 3 or 4 of the fish that came up MIA went 5 months no problems no deaths and then in 3/2009 it started again but I hadn't added any more LR I just posted maybe a week ago I finally caught the second Mantis which I didn't kill like the first.So I went to LFS and replaced what was missing from my CUC.Sitting here admiring my tank in the dark this morning add I here the tapping sound again,How could this be I dedicate 2 hours everyday to my tank cleaning,feeding,maintenance and viewing were these things hibernating for me to not have seen or heard them,or did I get a rock full of Mantis eggs and they're just hatching or something This most recent one sounds much stronger than the last he hasn't showed himself yet What should I do I've already lost at least 300 + dollars in live stock.

 

you get 3 mantis hitchers its a sign you should set up a new tank for it

 

I have a 75 gallon at the foot of my bed put the second one in there.
