    I'd pull out all the media from your Eheim... run rowaphos and/or carbon through it only. This is what i've been told. My nitrates dropped substantially when I took all the media out. Even put a few smaller chunks of liverock in there.

    Oh, and to answer your question... I have a green monti cap frag which is doing very well at the moment under 216w of T5 lighting :) Haven't dabbled in othere sps species yet though.
