    I've only been here a month. Besides people clicking on your karma button on a post, are there other ways to get Karma? For example, by posting reviews or pictures, or by having a cool avitar?
    While I'm asking questions ...
    Who puts those little green squares with the sayings under our Karma scores?

    Not automatically (cool idea) but I tend to do this anyway.

    Those are done automatically. As you get more karma, the bars and sayings change.
