    A couple reaaaaaaaaaaly good LFS in OC are:
    Pacific Reef in Fountain Valley or Tongs in Huntington Beach, i would recommend Tongs. It is pretty well knows around my neck of the woods, north oc.

    Pacific Reef has a really good selection of Live Rock as well fish. Tongs is the place to go for any equipment and reef needs. it has a crazy coral section and always has sales

    Enjoy spending gross amounts of mulah at these places ;)

    oh yea and i too have seen those craigslist ads for liverock @ 2.50/LB and all i have to say is... that price is insanely good... but i have yet to check the place out since it is in artesia...

    If its the place that also has a bunch of other fish and equipment listed at prices wayyyyy too good to be true...it is. I checked out one of the places that is always spamming craigslist and it was a big old scam. Bait-and-switch prices, dirty rundown location and seriously unhealthy livestock.

    I do know that OceanPro has some solid LR at $100/case and some of there base rock is down around $1-$2 a pound. Might be worth the drive :)
