Welcome and looking good so far. I personally wouldn't feed the snow or phyto. You don't have much that needs feeding and not much is going to eat most of that stuff you're adding.
Also I think you're pretty close to stocked, especially when that foxface gets to be full grown. You could probably add another smaller fish or two, depends what you're looking for, maybe check out some of the smaller flasher or fairy wrasses, or maybe a shrimp/watchman goby. I personally wouldn't add in an angel, but I'm paranoid about nipping and it will grow to be a little larger than what I would add at this point.
