Been doing 15% water changes for the past 4 days.. I've seen no difference in the ALK... The test comes to about 3.6 Milli equaivalents per liter

That's a dKH of 10. That's not high at all. Alot of people on this forum like to keep theirs' between 10-14. That puts you on the very bottom-end of what's considered in range.

reallyy??? yay haha.. tx soooo much lol.. but how come on the test sheet its labled low-"normal"-high ? n so in the future i should only try to keep it above "low"?

also how does the conversion from Milli equaivalents per liter to dhk work?

    3.6 x 2.8 = 10.08 dKH

Really matters what type of coral you keep too. I raise SPS's and keep my dHK at 14, Ca 460, Mg 1450 with outstanding results.

If you ever do get real high dHK like in the 20's then just quit adding supplement or shut off you Ca reactor and let the tank consume the excess.
