Hi 3reef!

Hi All,

I've been lurking for a while and thought I'd say hi. I'm new here, but not to the hobby. I've been into reef aquariums for over 9 years, and have been on other reef forums for 7ish. I thought it would be good to expand my horizons though and try some other forums. Anyways, I currently have a 29g, that recently crashed due to a heater malfunction while on vacation. I did loose some livestock, but it's coming back strong. When things are going well though, I can't let just let them be, so I am moving it to a 93g cube, with a basement in-wall refugium (finished basement) and non-inwall sump. I hope to start moving things the beginning of February.

I'll try to upload an image of my 29. Not the greatest pic, was taken with cheap cell phone.... Everything that survived looks decent, except my favorite coral, a Fungia plate, that started to, but was overrun with algae. I had moved it under a ledge to try to shade it some in hopes of slowing the algae, but it dosn't look promising...

Thanks guys! Current tank isn't spectacular, I find my interest wanes from time to time, so, best to have a tank that can handle some neglect now and then... I feel embarrassed when I see some of these newbie tanks ;D maybe the new build will be more elaborate. don't know for sure yet...
