    New to having fish, Just started with a 55 gallons tank, and i have all tropacal fish, right now been reading all information that i can about fish. so much to learn. I have had my tank up and running for 1 month some fish have died and a few have give birth, I hope that i able to get a reef tank up after within a few months to a year after I get this tank up and running good.

    wait you said some fish died?

    did you cycle before adding them fish?

    some fish gave birth within a month in that tank? ( which kind of fish?)

    and welcome to the site.. you will find all you need to learn to have a nice reef.;D

    Birth

    I did but i don't think that i had finished all the way or i add to many fish at once. The marigold variatus have give birth, frish time i had 11 fry's and 6 survived and then then i have and another 3 fry's born about 4 day's ago. the frist set is almost 2 weeks old

    oh i thought you meant a saltwater fish gave birth.. i was like wow thats fast..

    but hey.. you have a very nice fresh water set up..;)

    I thought that being my frish tank i better start with a freshwater. and then move up from there.
