    New to the hobby. Took a leap and started my tank a lil over 2 months ago. I'm currently running a 90gal FOWLR tank with 20gal sump/refugium/protein skimmer. Currently have about about 90lbs live rock and 100lbs of sand. Livestock includes: Hippo tang, 2 clownfish, Bicolor blenny, gold head sleeper goby, yellow tang, 3 blue leg hermit crabs, 3 red leg hermit crabs, 3 turbo snails, pepermint shrimp, cleaner shrimp, and an emerald crab.

    sounds like a great start, 1st observation is your CUC needs to be upgraded before you get too much farther along. Fill out the form located at ReefCleaners.org | Clean Up Crews and Macro Algae and john will email you a recommendation that will keep you happy in the long run :)

    For those of you joining us that are new to the hobby - the best piece of advice you'll get around here as a saltwater newbie is 3Reef's slogan

    Thanks for the welcome. Only been on here for two days now and enjoying it. I've been meaning to up my CUC. Will definitely look into that site telgar. Thanks for the info.
