    looks like star polyps. are they closed when the lights first come on? in a mat? if so they are for sure. they grow pretty quick.

    cool thanks ...i think i have a bunch of other stuff in there that needs to be removed.

    ill post more pictures later today

    i do have an algae problem in there ...i cleaned the glass but keeps coming back.. theres also brown stuff on my live sand

    3rd pic is Anthelia, not green star polyps. Unless you want a tank full of it, I would get rid of it or move the rock its on to the sand bed. Its a pest coral.

    One mans pest another's favorite! I love it but I will agree that unless you want it to spread isolate it...

    If will readily grow over everything, even other corals if its not controlled.
