    Well I'm trying to do this one a budget, looking at how much just lights costs I'm considering this option. What are a good brand you suggest for an all in one, and what site gives best rates?

    You will want one powerhead. A heater, and a HOB (hang on the back) filter. No air pumps needed. The majority of your filtration will take place in the live rock. The HOB filter is for mechanical filtration like sponge and floss, you can also place carbon in it. Water movement and surface agitation created by the powerhead and HOB are very important in marine tanks.
