I learned something new today as well - did not know what an opae is and did some reading. Such an interesting creature!! Nice choice!

 

Thank you. It started off with one in a tiny sealed jar given to me. I was horrified and immediately set up a tank for it and released it. I then of course had to get it some buddies lol.

I now have a nano tank full of gorgeous ghost shrimp. I also added three dwarf saltwater hermit crabs to my opae tank. They are all getting along just fine. The hermit crabs are cleaning the opae tank wonderfully.

 

Welcome to 3reef. This is definitely the friendliest reef forum I have ever been on. I think you will like it here. Can't wait to see the pics.
