Hi there, I am new here, I have never been a member of a group like this, I am excited to be able to interact with others who understand my love of aquatics! I currently have a 55 gallon salt water tank that has been set up for two years. I just purchased a 120 gallon and am excited to move my inhabitants to their new home! I am so glad I found this forum to explore!

Hello and welcome to 3reef. You will love it here.

Can't wait to see your build thread. I'm sure you are excited for that.

We would love to see some photos of your tank. 2 years is pretty good.

Thanks for the warm welcome! I am just learning how to use this forum.. I will post pics as soon as I figure out how! I have not started to switch my 55g over to my 120g, I am very excited to do so, but to be honest I am a little but nervous. It looks soo massive! I bought it used, and I am having nervous thoughts of leaks discovered after being filled. It is acrylic. It looks fine, but until I have had it filled I am going on the fellow that I bought it from's word that it has no leaks.
I also need some advise on what to clean the glass with.
The fellow that I bought the tank from gave me just over 200 pounds of dry rock, I have close to 100 pounds of live rock in my 55, I have been advised to put the dead rock in garbage cans with salt water and pump for two months to ensure anything that may have died on it when was taken out of the 120g. Any advise on this?
    Thanks! :)
