Just got back into saltwater a few months ago. Been soooo many years since the last tank I had forgot near everything. I was surprised the cost of the fish had dropped so low and that now live sand was available on shelf. When I had my last tank it was live rock bare bottom only. The live rock was running like $12lb. So so glad bought 2 75 gallon used tanks. One drilled one not so plumbed the over the back overflow for the non drilled. Things been going ok had a huge ammonia spike adding non cured rock in a few weeks ago. Lost half my fish was a set back.
This time looking to do a pure coral tank in the pre drilled tank will be asking questions here and there when im 6 months established on it. Have a cpl coral frags now a worm duster and a yellow flower looking thing on a purple bed mat. Looking to share ideas ask when i need answer when i can.

    Welcome to 3reef scot1759,

Congrats on jumping back into the hobby. Old school rules still apply except for the undergravel filter.
