hi

hey everyone...
just wanted to say hi and to introduce myself as a newbie, in other words, new to the site and to the hobby. im yet to have a fish tank, but im being motivated and influenced by turbo. i have lots of questions and i'd really appreciate your help.

Wow your first post, Good job!

 

Ima be helping her set up a small tank so she can get a feel of saltwater. Shes gonna have a 14gal biocube, and stock it with 3 inches of LS, not sure how much rock, but definitely whant a cave and enough surface for some softies. In the fish depatment, problably just a pair of clown fish, or just one clown fish and two small, small gobies.

Welcome aboard. You'll love this hobby and some days you may not but all in all it is very rewarding and educating. I have learned so much from my adventure into saltwater. Everyone has been a newbie at some point and no matter what, no question is stupid so ask away. The only stupid thing is not asking for help when you need it. Have fun, go slow, and enjoy the experience. The worst part is waiting for the cycle to end, then the fun really begins.

 

thanks you guys... trust me i will be needing all your help. and yes, im very excited to get it started. but i need to learn some important things before i start, im reading up on many of these on 3reef. i actually can't believe how much ive learned in the past week.
