How long has the tank been set up? How many fish and what kind? It sounds like by moving the rocks around you stirred up some stuff and put your tank into a mini cycle.

I would do a 50% water change wait about 30min then retest if its still up there do another 50%, this is only if you have livestock, if all you have is the rock and sand then do a 50% water change and then just let it recycle

I've got a peppermint shrimp and a baby clown. Ill get on the water changes right now. Anything else? Should I turn off my big powerhead so the clown isn't too stressed?

Leave the powerhead going if it is your only source of circulation. If there is no water movement then there will be no way for the oxygen to enter the water, which would make your clown more stressed. Make sure some of it's flow is directed towards the surface as well. Also, how often are you ding water changes?

Yeah I'm pretty sure you put your tank into at least a mini cycle do the water changes and see where your at, hopefully, if your tank was fully cycled, it won't take long for your bio-filter to catch up

K ill keep my glass lid off so there's plenty of oxygen. How long do you think it will take to get back to normal? A couple days? I would imagine the bacteria are still in there. I probly shouldn't feed 2morow right?

Skip the feeding for now. And it all depends on how established your biofilter was as far as how long it will take to bounce back
